QACL has Certified Asbestos Consultants and surveillance technicians with years of experience conducting surveys in the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. We are registered with Cal/OSHA and all inspections, including environmental site assessments, are performed in accordance with EPA guidelines, and we are qualified to perform full Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) and Asbestos National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAPS) surveys.

Onsite Asbestos Clearance
After the abatement is completed, QACL will collect air samples, based on the Exposure Standard time weighted average fiber concentration in the air. We use state-of-the-art equipment and techniques to collect air samples, which are then analyzed in a laboratory to determine the presence and concentration of asbestos fibers. This helps to ensure that the site is safe for workers or other occupants to re-enter.
